Personalized
Health + Fitness

Educated and credentialed, we utilize a scientific approach to help you safely build muscle and burn body fat, while maintaining proper technique. All services can be 30 or 60-minute appointments, designed with your health and fitness goals at the forefront.

Prior to all training services, a postural, movement and strength* screening is completed to establish a baseline and best understand your body’s needs.

*Completed only if appropriate based on your health/injury history. Modifications available.

Personal Training

    1v1 Personal Training that is truly customized to your body’s needs with your goals in mind.

  • Need the guidance but on a budget?

    Digital programming is an option to consider for the experienced fitness enthusiast needing guidance but not weekly check-ins or for those looking to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a budget.

  • Working through a current injury or looking to avoid an injury?

    This is a great option to consider if you have a personal injury history, struggle with stretching enough on your own, want to improve your lifting but need help with “loosening up” areas, or just want to move and feel better!

Nutrition Services

  • Nutrition is not always that simple.

    Do you want accountability on nutrition and lifestyle habits that may be limiting you from achieving your healthiest self? We offer tailored nutrition and lifestyle coaching based on your health and fitness goals.

    We can meet with you for 30 or 60 minutes as often as necessary for your goals.

  • Need more specificity on what to eat and how much?

    This is an ideal option for someone looking to clean-up their daily nutrition and gain better insight into proper, balanced eating.

    It is strongly encouraged you have a proficient understanding of reading nutrition labels; however, it is not required.

  • Needing to edit-down your supplement routine or perhaps considering a supplement routine?

    As a certified Dietary Supplement Advisor, we can help sort out energy balance issues and address any potential nutrient deficiencies with proper evaluation with a symptom questionnaire, lifestyle, and personal fitness needs/goals.

  • Can’t make it into the studio for an in-person session?

    Virtual 1v1 Personal Training is optional! Still customized to your health and fitness goals with any limitations in mind, while using any equipment you have access to!
