Educated and credentialed, we utilize a scientific approach to help you safely build muscle and burn body fat, while maintaining proper technique. All services can be 30 or 60-minute appointments, designed with your health and fitness goals at the forefront.

1v1 Personal Training is truly customized to your body’s needs with your goals in mind.
You will receive private access to an app where your workouts, weekly PT scheduling, nutrition and lifestyle goals will be accessible for your use.
The app allows you to log your own weigh-ins, create your own workouts in addition to what is provided, log nutrition, take progress photos, and communicate with your Coach.
Optimal for individuals seeking programs that need to be designed around injury/medical conditions OR have specific training needs.

Need guidance with a less hands-on approach?
Digital programming is an option to consider for the experienced fitness enthusiast needing guidance but not weekly check-ins or for those looking to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a budget.
Personal needs will still be taken into consideration and modifications will be made as needed.
This is an ideal option for those who have more experience in fitness and understand overall lifting technique; however, this does not require an experienced lifting background.
Personalized to meet the overall goals with equipment available (however no equipment necessary depending on goals).
Easy to scale based on budget.
Stretching/Mobility Training
If you don’t have flexibility then you cannot achieve proper mobility, and without proper mobility, you cannot achieve the fundamentals in proper lifting techniques. This is a great option to consider if you have an injury history, struggle with stretching enough on your own, want to improve your lifting but need help with “loosening up” areas, or just want to move and feel better!
